A letter of request from Muhammad Riza Ashtiyani Banan al-Dawlah to an unidentified person regarding a document handwritten by Nasir al-Din Shah about the enforcement of his royal command for the payment of a stipend to the late Nur Muhammad Khan's children. The letter mentions that after the murder of Nasir al-Din Shah, the author sent a letter to Muzaffar al-Din Shah, but never received a reply, which caused them great concern. The writer also indicates that Anis al-Dawlah and Mirza Hamd Allah Khan have recommended the payment of this salary but their recommendations have not proven useful.

Fatimah Khanum ‘Izzat al-Saltanah (‘Izzat al-Dawlah) writes to her husband, ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma, telling him that the Shah sent Amin al-Haram to her to tell her that he telegraphed Farmanfarma to buy one third of Alanjiq village from him. ‘Izzat al-Saltanah responded that Alanjiq belongs to her, not Farmanfarma, and that she has it in the Shah's handwriting that he bestowed it to her. Two letters from Muzaffar al-Din Mirza to his mother, Shukuh al-Saltanah. The first on receiving her photograph and a matter related to the andarun; the second about receiving Shukuh al-Saltanah's letters and gifts and coming to Tehran. He also writes about the problems caused by Taj al-Muluk despite advice from ‘Izzat al-Dawlah and Mahd-i ‘Ulya, raises the possibility of a new marriage and asks for his mother's opinion. The letter from Shukuh al-Saltanah to Muzaffar al-Din Mirza advises him to be patient until the new year and then proceed with the issue related to the andarun.
